Measures 36 x 14 x 23cm

What shoe sizes fit inside?

It fits up to US Men's 14 (about 36cm in length), including bulky trainers and sports shoes. Great for both men’s and women’s athletic footwear.

Can I store more than just shoes in it?

Absolutely. Though primarily designed for shoes, the Stellar Shoe Bag also fits gym accessories (e.g. resistance bands, gloves), change of clothes for a workout or commute

How do I clean the bag?

Wipe it down with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. To refresh the charcoal deodorizer, leave it in the sun for 1–2 hours.

Is it travel-friendly?

Absolutely. It’s compact, lightweight, and perfect for separating shoes in your gym bag or luggage.

How long does the scent insert last?

Each scent insert lasts about 3–6 months. Charcoal effectiveness lasts up to 2 years with proper care. You can buy refills separately.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We usually shipped within two business days. All orders are shipped from Singapore and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do international shipping. However, we currently limit the destination country to Malaysia, Vietnam and Australia. You can drop us an email at sales@onesports.sg if your country is not mentioned and we will work out the delivery fee for you.

Import Taxes
Do note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which may be levied once your package reaches your country. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for your country’s regulations on duties and taxes. We will not be responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of the order. Cancelling of order and reshipment will also not be done.

Can I return my products?We know there might be occasion where you buy something on an impulse. Goods sold are non-refundable but exchangeable in original condition (sealed and unused) within 7 days upon purchase. You will need to return at your own expenses to our HQ. Kindly retain your receipt/invoice for verification purposes.

Can I exchange my products?
We will only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. Kindly write in to us at sales@onesports.sg about your defective products (showing proof of packing label together with the carton box) and we will follow up on this issue.
